Kids Camp will be August 11-15, 9 am-12 pm
*PLEASE NOTE: Parent or Responsible adult must also sign the Kids Camp Release of Liability Form which will be automatically emailed to you after you submit this registration form. The forms will also be available at check-in.

- All activities will be held on the church property
- All volunteers are background checked
- Montavilla Church will provide security for all activities during Kids Camp
- Kids Camp at Montavilla is open to all children, regardless of race, gender or religious affiliation
- Montavilla Church will NOT sell or disseminate private contact information to any third party
